How to Order
It is possible to order online from our cookware shop using the shopping cart provided. Below you can see a screenshot of the shopping cart, which can be accessed by clicking "show cart" in the top-right corner of the screen.
Once you are ready to make your order, the process has four named steps. The current stage of the checkout process is indicated at all times, you will see "shipping address" is highlighted on the screenshot below.
First you will be prompted to choose a username/password combination, and enter the address your order can be delivered to. The username/password will be confirmed to you by email and can be used to log into the site at any time to use the order tracking facilities.
Returning customers can simply log in with their existing username/password and have their details retrieved.

Your billing and shipping information will then be displayed, offering the choice of having the order delivered to the billing address, or adding an alternative delivery address. Customers can update their address details here, if needed.
Next you will be asked to specify how your order is to be delivered. Depending on the size/weight of your order there may be a number of options provided for you.
With delivery details completed you will now be asked to specify how you will pay for your order. Credit card and gift voucher orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after the order is received, if you wish to post us a cheque then we regret the order can't be dispatched until the cheque has been received, and the payment has cleared.
The order confirmation screen will now be displayed, allowing you to review the details you have entered. If you have additional comments you would like included along with your order, there is a box you can use on this page. If you are ordering using a gift voucher you can enter the reference number for it here, which will greatly increase the processing speed of your order.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be taken to the payment page hosted by our payment provider, Barclays Merchant Services. As one of the premier e-commerce brands on the internet, the service utilises secure SSL encryption to ensure your credit card details are protected.
Thank you! Your order has now been placed. When you see the screen below you will know your order has been received by us, this will also be confirmed to you by email. You can check the status of your order at any time, using your username and password.
