Booking Conditions for Courses
Non-residential courses must be paid for in full, at the time of booking.
For all other courses a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Should you cancel your course the full amount owed will be charged, unless the place is re-booked, in which case the deposit plus a £35 administration fee will be charged. You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any costs.
In the unlikely event that Gillian Wray has to cancel a course, the full amount you have paid will be refunded or transferred to an alternative course.
Vouchers
vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue. They are not refundable
or transferable.
Mail Order Cookware
Gillian Wray will make every effort to dispatch items within 28 days. If you require an item quickly, please order by ‘phone and discuss your particular requirements at the time of ordering. Should there be any delay beyond the maximum 28 days, the purchaser will be notified and given the option of cancelling their order in which case they will receive a full refund for items not supplied.
If a customer receives an incomplete or damaged order they must notify Gillian Wray within 24 hours of receipt. Arrangement will be made for the return, inspection and replacement of any damaged goods.
Products returned must be in their original packaging and the product must be complete.
Goods that are destroyed will not be credited.
Goods returned for credit must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice.
Faulty Products Over 28 Days
It is advisable for any consumer that has a query with a product to contact the manufacture’s consumer helpline for advice on the product
Payment
All goods ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Returns
Once you have taken satisfactory delivery of goods ordered, refunds or exchanges can only be given in line with your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
Once you have placed an order and paid for the goods they will be despatched. Any cancelled goods must be paid for by the customer who ordered them.
Amendment of Orders
Please see above regarding cancellation of items. If you wish to add items to an order contact Gillian Wray directly on 01539 729215 and please be aware that this may affect the delivery time.
Delivery Charges
All orders are charged £3.50 for delivery. Should you wish to upgrade to an express service there will be and additional £5 charge.
